So, owning your own home, or investing in real estate-- whatever the case may be -- is a decision worth making, and worth making right! I am a realtor with over 13 years, and over $10 Million Dollars worth of personal investment experience. My areas of expertise cover single family homes, 2nd homes, vacation rentals, "fixer-uppers", multi-unit investment properties, and property management. I have seen first hand all types of offers, financing, options, and all of the challenges that can come with them. The real estate market is continually fluctuating.
